Mr. Madhu Bhaskaran is a very famous HRD trainer and Personal Coach in Kerala , South India. Through his 24 years' experience in the capacity building training, he created the spark in more than one lakh people. He was born in a poor, academically uneducated family in a village in Kerala. At the age of 4, because of the financial struggles of the parents, his family moved to the neighbouring State of Tamil Nadu. His father started a tea stall in a remote village called Edatheru near Manaparai. He completed his studies in a Tamil Medium School with National Merit Scholarship. At the age of 17 he returned to Kerala and completed his graduation from Maharaja's College in Ernakulam. After the graduation he conducted home tuition for school students meanwhile he was also working in a petrol pump. Then he sold books through direct marketing in homes and offices. After that he worked in a courier agency. He was then introduced to direct sales industry in 2000. During all these terms he did the training programs in NGOs, churches, schools etc. He struggled a lot to establish himself in the training field. He completed his master's degrees in management and psychological counselling. Due to the passion, burning desire, perseverance, hard work, he created his own style- very humorous, entertaining, high energy level, very flexible, connected to life - in the training field.
